Interesting proposal. It looks like it would required some changes in federal legislation and funding. Has SGAUS endorsed this? Are there any other groups which are lobbying for something like this?

Is the VDF looking to adopt any part of this recommendation?

I think it's an excellent document, and I believe SGAUS has endorsed elements of it including national standards for SDF training and armament, but this is above my pay grade.
